How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 2–5 days. If an order will take longer, we’ll let you know — either way, we’ll confirm an estimated ship date when your order arrives.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts on larger orders — the larger the order, the bigger the discount. Because natural coral, opal and precious gemstones are increasingly scarce, discounts on those pieces are limited.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order, email us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll replace or refund the jewelry if you send it back within 5 days of receipt.
What if my piece needs to be repaired?
Pieces handled with care are guaranteed indefinitely. Send it back with your return address; you cover shipping to us and we cover the return.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it away from water, lotions, perfumes and hairspray. Store pieces separately in a jewelry box or pouch so they don’t tangle or knock together. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap — never with solutions made for silver or gold.
Do you ship internationally?
